We offer a range of design services depending on requirements.
This could be a complete design or just a section of an existing garden or improving existing planting.
Our Design Process
1
Initial consultation
The first step is to arrange a site visit to meet the clients and discuss requirements, time scale and budget. We would then draw up a detailed proposal.
2
Site survey and analysis
A full site survey will be carried out, either by ourselves or by a specialist landscape surveyor, depending on
the complexity of the survey.
3
Presentation drawings
We will develop an initial outline design along with further drawings, images and mood boards to help the client envisage the proposed design.
4
Master plan
When the client is happy with the proposals, an accurate and detailed master plan is drawn up. We also produce detailed drawings required for a full specification. These give all the key information for contractors to provide quotations and for implementing the design. This stage of the process is crucial for the contract to go out to tenders and helps ensure the smooth running of the project down the line.
5
Planting plans
Detailed planting plans are drawn up showing the variety quantity and position of each plant within the design. We are able to source the plants from specialist nurseries. We can either oversee the planting or carry out the planting once the hard landscaping is finished. We can draw up a maintenance schedule with information for ongoing care and maintenance of the pants.
6
Ongoing services
We offer ongoing advice as the garden matures, and arrange remedial or developmental work as required,
